You can make your own brad and change the color of it whenever you need to. To make your own brads in Photoshop, follow these steps:

  1. Go to File, New. For the Width and Height, choose 2 inches, the background shoud be transparent, the resolution 300 pixels/inch. 
  2. Now click on the Marquee Tool and while holding down the Shift key, draw a circle.
  3. Click on the Paint Bucket Tool and click inside your circle to fill it with the color of preference.
  4. Now go to the Layer, Layer Styles and choose Bevel and Emboss. In the Layer Styles window, with Inner Bevel chosen, adjust the shadow size, bevel size and lighting angle with the controls and sliders .
  5. Save your file as a Photoshop file or click on Save As and choose the .PNG extension.
